End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you and Susan Thomason regarding the use of Retro Game Emulator.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute the App.
  • Reverse engineer or modify the App.
  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems associated with the App.

Ownership

The App and its associated software remain the property of Susan Thomason.

Third-party content, trademarks, game names, screenshots, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Updates

The App may receive updates, improvements, bug fixes, or feature enhancements at our discretion.

Content Disclaimer

The App may display game-related information, screenshots, trailers, ratings, and descriptions sourced from third-party providers.

Such content remains the property of its respective owners.

Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the App.

No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susan Thomason shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.
